Baker Spotlight: Love Bites

This is a special Baker Spotlight feature. It's not a baker specializing in cupcakes but a baker specializing in Cake Pops. I won't tell you much about Niki other than the following:

Love Bites was created (a week ago) by people who share a love of everything food.  Inspired by all of the goods we'd make throughout the year for the regular 9-5, we've decided to put something together and see where it takes us.  Good food, good people, good fun =0).
